We took the train from Paddington Station to Windsor and it only took about 40 minutes. We arrived around 10:00 AM and headed to the castle for the tour before it got too crowded.
Do you think I brought enough equipment? I don't even have a diaper bag!

We got done touring the castle at around noon and headed to find a pub for lunch....and maybe a few beers!
