Unexpected snow day...

We had unexpected snowfall today, so Lucy and I went outside to have a little impromptu shoot!

Lucy's First Ski Lesson

I signed Lucy up for a little ski program at our local ski mountain for 3 and 4 year olds.  These kids were adorable, but could barely walk in their boots!  Lucy was excited to get her equipment, helmet, boots and skis!  She was doing okay and then decided to lay on the ground for a bit, we finally got her back up and she went a little bit on two skis!  3 more lessons and she will be headed down the hill!

Xmas in Tully

Two days after Christmas we traveled to Tully to visit Nana and Papa and celebrate Aunt Krista and Uncle Greg's new baby girl at a baby shower.  The kids were excited to see snow again because ours had all melted away!  They played in the snow and built a snowman with Uncle Greg.  Then we took the kids snow tubing!  They had a blast and couldn't wait to keep trekking up the mountain for another run.  We stayed almost three hours and then they went home and crashed for naps!
